We are excited to introduce a new and enriching extended day program at our school that aims to provide your children with valuable skill-building opportunities. FAQ

  1. What are the operating hours of the after-school care program?

We will be here to serve your students from the hours of 2:45 PM - 5:45 PM.

  1. Is the program available for all grade levels at the school?

Our program is available for students in grades K-8.

  1. What types of activities are offered in the after-school care program?

Our program works by providing students with supervised and guided activity stations. At these stations, students can complete their homework, play sports/movement games, play board games, complete guided projects, and complete arts/crafts activities as a part of our after-school experience. Students can choose which stations they would like to spend time at each day. There is a place within the registration form to indicate if your student should visit the homework station each day. If this is indicated, your student will spend the first 45 minutes each day at that station before being allowed to move to other stations in the program.

  1. What are the fees?

We provide two options for families to allow you to choose what works best for your schedule. Please select which fee structure you would like to follow within your registration form. Families can select from the following fee structures (prices are per student):

Daily Drop-In: $28/day

Monthly: $225/month

There are no upfront registration fees.

  1. How do I pay?

Once the registration form has been completed, we will send a link to register for a Procare account. This is the platform that Ivy Camps USA utilizes to bill parents.

  1. What is the fee schedule?

Monthly fees will be charged to the family Procare account (our parent communication and billing platform) 10 days before the end of each month.

Drop-In fees will be assessed at the end of each month, and a charge will be posted to the family Procare account within the first 10 days of each next month. For example, Drop-In fees for September would be charged to the account by October 10th.

All payments are due within 5 days of the invoice being posted to the family Procare account.
