Mandalorian visits students to boost morale during testing

The Mandalorian — a well-known Star Wars character — and his beloved Grogu (otherwise known as Baby Yoda) visited the Tallahassee School of Math and Science on April 23.

The Mandalorian came to offer encouragement to TSMS third-fifth grade students on their upcoming Florida Statewide Assessment tests. He visited just a few days ahead of May 4 to tell the students “May the Fourth be with you as you tackle your exams!”

Carl Fuqua of Fuqua Insurance Agency is an avid Star Wars fan and collects a variety of Mandalorian memorabilia. He graciously made an appearance as the Mandalorian to help motivate the students for their upcoming assessments.

TSMS students were elated by this surprise guest visit and have a newfound motivation to finish the school year off strong.
